Online play in Saskatchewan

PlayNow.com, operated by SIGA, is the only legal online gaming platform in Saskatchewan. The Government of Saskatchewan describes the competing sites as illegal platforms. So a casino site that is not PlayNow.com sits outside the provincial rules as the government describes them. You must be 19 or older to play there, the same as the legal gambling age in the province.

On land, Saskatchewan has nine permanent casinos. Seven are First Nations casinos run by SIGA. The other two are Casino Regina and Casino Moose Jaw, both operated by SaskGaming. SaskGaming is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lotteries and Gaming Saskatchewan.

Paid links appear on the home page only, and each is marked Ad. There are three: a button in the menu, a block below the first screen and one near the end of the page. All three go to one private online casino partner, which pays the guide a commission. The partner can change, so this page does not name it.

That partner is not PlayNow.com. Under Saskatchewan's rules as the province describes them, it is not a legal platform. The government calls the sites competing with PlayNow.com illegal platforms. The partner has no connection with Casino Moose Jaw, SaskGaming or SIGA. The guide itself takes no bets and has no accounts.
